This is a full-time /exempt /staff-in-charge position under the management of the Director of Film & Media Services and the Production Coordinator: This assistant to the lead role will provide supervision, direct support, instruction, and community-based training in the areas of community integration, education, self-advocacy, self-care, vocational training, and supported employment as well as, supervision and leadership to staff.

Working in a team and engaging with the participants should energize you every day because you want to make things happen for them. This would require strong admin and organizations skills to follow Futures’ internal systems as well as, compliance with government directives pertinent to your functions as a Post Production Specialist.
Your immediate supervisors are the Program Coordinator and the Program Director, they will rely on you to help them carry out the overall program operations, you must apprise them of all participants’, personnel, program, and administrative matters including accidents, injuries, special incidents, crises, health and safety issues, potential problems, complaints or grievances and unusual situations.
