Freedom Solar Power is looking for a high-energy Regional Sales Director to lead the current team of Area Sales Managers in our 6+ markets. The RSD will be responsible for coaching, mentoring, and delivering on required targets as well as working cross-functionally with other departments. The RSD will design plans to meet and exceed current sales targets while maintaining a focus on growth.

Your Responsibilities will include:

• Following the company plan and strategy to accomplish area revenue targets

• Implement updated sales strategies to sales teams

• Working collaboratively with Marketing and Operations Departments ensures company success

• Mentoring and coaching Sales Managers to hit key metrics

• Visit Markets in person to ensure sales process adoption

• Assisting Sales Managers in the training and development of new team-members

• Ensuring accurate and timely reporting of key sales metrics

• Participating in weekly team meetings as well as conducting locally

• Preparing and presenting the monthly forecast

• Working with Executive team on market strategy

• Assisting Sales Managers to prioritize daily workload

Who we are looking for:

• Hungry, Humble, and Smart Sales Director with a strong B2C background

• Sales Leader who has experience managing large teams

• Sales Leader with experience managing multiple markets and launching new markets

• Background in managing Sales Departments with $200,000,000+ Revenue Goals

Pay: $300,000.00 – $400,000.00 per year
