Freedom Solar Power is looking to add a Paid Media Specialist to our Marketing Team. We’re looking for a builder. Currently, our Paid Ads are managed by agencies but the goal is to bring the paid management in-house. This role will be responsible for taking complete ownership of our Paid Ad accounts which includes short-term management of the agency’s day-to-day. This includes Google, Bing, Facebook, TikTok, etc. Help us double our sales AND increase the share of your channel’s contribution to those sales, all while driving increased efficiency. If you like to set sky-high goals and then knock them out of the park – and get rewarded for your contribution, then this role might be for you. The ideal candidate is someone analytical, detail-oriented, and adaptable. The individual will conduct extensive research, analyze trends to drive actionable insights, and produce meaningful and measurable results. This is a high-visibility role and will be responsible for key business metrics.

Essential Functions and Duties:

• Write, edit, manage, and optimize digital advertising lead generation campaigns, from ad to landing page. This includes paid click, paid social, and funnel lifecycle ad campaigns.

• Lead goal and spend assessment by market region to deliver performance KPIs, specifically higher volume and increased efficiency month after month.

• Live in the data – this person should be the first person to notice any fluctuations in lead acquisition or opportunities in the paid digital landscape.

• Continually improving and optimizing landing pages and forms on the site to increase conversion rate.

• Run best-in-class paid social media ad campaigns to drive engagement and leads. Identify optimization opportunities based on data analysis, industry standards, and independent research.

• Ensure day-to-day Google Ads / Bing / Facebook campaign management, landing page creation or improvements, new content production, and user experience improvements are implemented regularly by paid digital agency partners to ensure alignment with our goals and to improve performance.

• Liaison with graphic designers, web developers, and other marketing team members as needed to meet goals.

Qualifications:

• BA/BS in Marketing or Advertising preferred.

• 4+ years of Paid Media Management, including hands-on experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Facebook Ads is required.

• 2+ years of PPC ad management – Google, Bing, etc.

• 2+ years of landing page building experience, preferably in WordPress.

• 4+ years of experience analyzing marketing campaign analytics with tools such as Google Analytics.

• HubSpot experience is a plus.

• Solid understanding of lead generation conversion funnels.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Expertise in the evolution and use of Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, and Google Analytics.

• Experience with designing and setting up A/B tests.

• Experience on all Google Ads, Bing, Facebook, and paid media channels, driving record engagement and lead volume.

• Basic understanding of web standards, analytics, and SEO.

• Intermediate graphic design and/or UX/UI knowledge.

• Intermediate HTML/CSS knowledge.

• Passion for digital marketing.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and autonomously with solid decision-making and problem-solving skills.

• Highly organized, and detail-oriented with strong project and time management skills.

• Laser-focused attention to detail.

• Strong interpersonal skills and an articulate and positive problem-solving attitude.

Pay: $65,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
