As a Franchise Planning Manager at Netflix Games, you will play a key role in shaping how some of Netflix’s most important IPs show up across games and interactive experiences. You’ll operate at the portfolio level, organizing, aligning, and connecting the many opportunities for our IPs across Netflix Games.
You will work across multiple flagship IPs, partnering with Game Teams, Franchise/Brand, Licensing, Transmedia and other cross-functional groups. Your focus is on orchestrating the bigger picture: where and how each franchise appears in games, how those experiences fit together, and how they complement what’s happening in series, films, and other member touchpoints.
You’ll sit within the Portfolio Production & Operations organization on the Portfolio Management Team, serving as a lead hub for cross-functional coordination, visibility, and long-term franchise planning for games.

Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $200,000.00 – $280,000.00.
