TradeEngage is the first dedicated platform powering job referrals, workflows, and payments between local businesses. Our mission is to keep value in the hands of the people who actually do the work. We believe local should win, that reputation scales, and that trust closes more deals.

We’re working with the largest home services companies in the country.

We’re looking for a Founding Product Manager to help shape the future of our platform — someone who obsesses about customer experience, focuses on the details and motivated to create a transformational solution that shapes an industry.

As a Founding Product Manager, you’ll:

• Collaborate closely with the founder, design and engineering teams on shaping the product and iterating quickly
• Own and design end-to-end user experiences from concept to implementation
• Break big ideas into testable, trackable experiments. Quickly validate hypotheses, pivot when needed, and scale what works

Requirements – Who You Are

• Experience working at fast-growing startups, ideally those in the home services software space (though not required)
• Builder mentality — you’ve designed and launched products from the ground up and thrive in the fast-paced, ambiguous environment of early-stage companies
• Customer obsession and detail orientation — you live in the field and in the data, deeply understanding customer pain points and relentlessly advocating for their needs, down to the smallest detail
• Proven ability to ship products quickly and iteratively while maintaining high standards
• You integrate AI into nearly every aspect of your work, driving smarter planning, faster execution, and continuous optimization of product initiatives
• Tight-timeframe execution — you deliver meaningful product outcomes under pressure, maintaining velocity without sacrificing quality
• Leadership across people and product — you can manage and inspire a cross-functional team of engineers, orchestrating complex processes with clarity and accountability
• Commitment to the mission — you understand that building a transformational business and reshaping an industry requires intensity, resilience, and sacrifice, and you are willing to do what it takes.
