About the role

We are looking for a growth generalist who can operate across content, distribution, creator partnerships, and experimentation. You won’t own a single channel or function. You will decompose our product’s value across specific audiences and use cases, figure out what resonates where, and build the playbooks that turn early traction into compounding growth.

This is a founding role. You will have significant ownership and direct influence on how VoiceCursor reaches the market.

What you’ll do

• Help shape and execute growth initiatives across multiple channels and audience segments, and craft content tailored to their specific workflows and daily contexts.
• Produce and ship content natively across our primary channels such as X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Reddit, and other emerging platforms, , adapting format, voice, and hooks to match the culture and rhythm of each platform.
• Build and scale our creators, partners, and communities ecosystem: identify creators, educators, and vertical thought leaders who genuinely understand the product; help them develop authentic content; build long-term relationships.
• Run experiments across messaging, content formats, audience targeting, and channel strategy.
• Become the internal voice of the customer by staying close to users, community conversations, support feedback, and usage data — and channel those insights back to product, design, and leadership to sharpen positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and leadership to support growth priorities.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in growth, marketing, content, or partnerships at a startup or fast-moving company. You have shipped things, not just strategized about them.
• Culturally fluent in internet platforms. You have strong instincts for what makes someone stop, click, share, or comment on X/Twitter, LinkedIn, and Reddit. You think in hooks, not headlines.
• Excellent writing and communication skills in English, with the ability to shift tone and format across platforms and audiences.
• A builder mindset with a bias toward speed. You are more comfortable running ten small experiments than perfecting one big campaign.
• Strong user empathy and the ability to connect product value to real, specific moments in a user’s day — not abstract benefits.
• Comfort working in ambiguity and taking full ownership in an early-stage environment where the playbook doesn’t exist yet.

Nice to have

• You are an absolute power user of AI tools, treating them as an extension of your own mind to 10x your productivity and rapidly generate boilerplate or complex logic.
• You are a former founder or have a history of attempting to build and launch your own products from scratch. This entrepreneurial DNA is a massive plus.

Compensation 

$60k – $120k USD + Founding-Team Level Equity
