We are seeking a Remote Operational Support Administrator to join our Home Office Team.

Overview & Responsibilities:

• Oversee intercompany transaction entry and reporting
• Training on POS system functionality to new and current team members
• Support new acquisitions with contract entry (during dual-entry period)
• Run and update regular reporting out of POS system
• Update POS system with price adjustments
• Projects/CapEx Support
• Update and maintain CapEx/Project Plan
• Support our Director of Real Estate Operations with various tasks which may include:
• Oversee and maintain the vendor relationship with our fleet management company
• Obtain and organize quotes for projects (including fleet orders)
• Provide general support to the Operations team
• Complete special projects or tasks when needed
