Flower Turbines Hiring for Multimedia Specialist Full Time

About us:
Flower Turbines is a global green-energy company headquartered in Lubbock Texas. We were picked among the 10 most fundable companies in the US for 2020 with a focus on small vertical wind turbines. We are a funded startup company now entering a growth phase building a US team in Lubbock, Texas, to service the North American market.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in Creative Media, Communications, Marketing, or related field
• Notable experience with photography and videography (some equipment provided, bringing your own mirrorless /DSLR camera is highly preferred)
• Experience using a gimbal stabilizer
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud
• Experience with Canva, AirTable, Mailchimp, Microsoft Office, Google Business, and Meta Suite
• Ability to learn new technologies and software/applications quickly
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of social media management, media placement and graphic design concepts, as well as key marketing principles
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
• Must be authorized to work in US without sponsorship

Duties:

• Graphic design
• Assist in social media planning and scheduling
• Create deliverables appropriate for print, digital images, multimedia, and final video and audio products that accurately informs and engages the target audience

• Assist with creative ideation and implementation of marketing campaigns
• Maintain and promote the Flower Turbines identity and brand visually and conceptually
• Make changes to existing and previous designs as needed
• Other duties as assigned in support of marketing and communications efforts
• May be asked to assist in some copy editing and proofreading
• May be asked to work on some web-design projects
• Meet deadlines
• Collaborate with team members to accomplish set objectives
