FliteAccess, LLC Hiring for Flight Coordinator Job at Remote Remote

FliteAccess is seeking a full-time Flight Coordinator to join our team. The job will entail responsibility for effectively organizing crew/client schedules to serve our customer and company needs. This role will be working closely with all crew members and other management personal to ensure efficiency. Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Dispatching/releasing part 135 and 91 flights.
• Modifying, adjusting, and sending itineraries to customers.
• Ensuring crew duty/rest/flight time limitations are not exceeded.
• Ability to work with crew members regarding trips, time off, and transportation.
• Filing and dispatching International trips and working with customs/handlers.
• Knowledge on use of JetInsight, Microsoft products, or similar software.

Must possess:

• Sufficient knowledge of aviation, aircraft performance, geography, and travel logistics to coordinate complex trips
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and administrative skills.
• An an attitude to make operations succeed all while providing a high level of professionalism, customer service, and legality.
• Professional demeanor and be comfortable speaking on the phone to high-profile clients, team members, owners, and guests from all demographics.
• Be able to work independently as well as within a team;
• Be self-motivated, outgoing, energetic, well organized and personable.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
