Provide excellent customer service and support functions for the FinishWorks business. Directly oversee and manage customer order entry, scheduling and invoicing for assigned customers and prospective customers and additional customers and prospective customers as directed. Support achievement of profitability objectives for the FinishWorks business unit by correctly administering pricing and maintaining up-to-date customer account profiles. Professionally communicate with customers and provide requested product and order information by phone, fax and/or e-mail. Work closely with the broader commercial team as well as operations and technical departments to facilitate effective communication. Support overall commercial performance of the business unit.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
o Provide customer service and support functions for the assigned customers and prospective customers including:
o Order entry, crediting and debiting of accounts.
o Customer Set-Up
o Production scheduling
o Logistics coordination
o Processing of Return Goods Authorizations (RGAs)
o New product set-up and pricing request
o Coordinate proper fulfillment of customer purchase order requirements to include but not limited to timely follow-up with customers to address issues; including shortages, damages in transportation, product concerns, etc. positive timely resolution.
o Effectively and professionally communicate via phone, fax, e-mail
o Maintain organized records including profiles, pricing, contacts, etc
o Support the distribution of sales and marketing correspondence including:
o Customer notifications (pricing actions, plant closures, scheduling changes, etc.)
o Other general correspondence as requested
o Manage special projects as directed by the FinishWorks Management team
o Provide professional representation for the company and attend company functions as directed

Experience and Education Required
o High school graduate or equivalent
o 2-year degree preferred
o Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service or sales related customer support
Specific Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required
o Excellent detail and organizational skills
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills
o Computer skills to include word processing and spread sheets
o Ability to handle multiple tasks and demonstrate attention to detail
o Ability to adhere to structured break and lunch schedules
o Ability to travel for business needs (up to 10%) may be required
o Ability to work well with others
o Demonstrate outstanding problem solving and critical thinking skills

While work will generally be conducted in an office atmosphere, employee may be required to enter into manufacturing and laboratory areas, where normal paint manufacturing environment conditions are present. The company provides any required personal protective equipment.
