As a Principal UX Content Strategist in our Workplace Investing business, you’ll help design the end-to-end experience for the launch of our digital assets account product offering, partnering with content, product, design, research, marketing, development, and executive teams. #cryptojobs
The Expertise You Have
7+ years of experience in content strategy
Proven track record of defining, testing, iterating on, and delivering best in class digital experiences
Validated dedication to cross-functional collaboration in a client-centric, fast-paced environment
A proven track record of projects that achieve tangible results
Experience collaborating with senior level leaders and cross-functional teams, agile experience a plus
Experience in financial services strongly preferred; crypto subject matter expertise a plus

Full stack content strategy skills from discovery through maintenance including content audits, user research, content modeling, wireframing, and UX writing
Confidence leveraging data and analytics insights to improve the customer experience
Able to build credibility and trust with peers and executives; enjoy working in a complex organization with multiple decision-makers
Bring a systems-thinking approach to content strategy
Comfortable both advocating for how we do the work and rolling up your sleeves
Executive presence and the ability to communicate effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
Ability to simplify complex interactions

Advocate and evangelize for the value of content strategy in the workplace investing space
Serve as a leader in the practice and build trust and relationships with cross-functional peers
Drive process improvements in the way content strategy is implemented
Evangelize for a customer-centric approach to product hierarchy and content organization
Develop and evolve ideas via ongoing dialogue with partners and senior leaders that brings together client needs, emerging technology, financial trends, and Fidelity’s enterprise goals
Work across teams to deliver a cohesive customer experience across products and channels
