About the Role:

The Senior Customer Service Representative is a key role in the relationship between the Little Brownie Baker’s team and our Girl Scout Council customers. You will work directly with our council customers and sales team to assist the Girl Scout Council’s in the execution of their cookie sale program.

Main Responsibilities:

• Establish productive, professional relationship with key personnel and assigned customer accounts.
• Manage SAP order-to-cash process for customer orders.
• Coordinate fulfillment of customer orders with warehouse partners.
• Design and develop each Girl Scout council’s customized order card.
• Facilitate design and development of each Girl Scout council’s specialized marketing materials for upcoming cookie season.
• Verify shipment accuracy in LBB eBudde system to validate distribution partner has correct inventory upon receipt of shipments.
• Work closely with each council’s distribution agent throughout council’s cookie sale to verify inventory and assist with execution of council’s needs.
• Maintain customer service standards, assist LBB sales team in resolving customer problems, determine areas for improvement, and implement improvements as needed.

Who we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum two years’ experience in customer service, supply chain, or project management experience in fast paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Experience with SAP preferred
• Experience with Adobe Suite preferred
