Job Overview
The Facilities Maintenance staff member, with direction and support from Research Park management, is responsible for executing the upkeep, repair and overall condition of the Los Alamos Research Park property to ensure it is safe, functional, and well-maintained.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Facilities Maintenance lead will be responsible for utilizing their skills and training to successfully accomplish the following:

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Facilities Maintenance lead has no direct staff reports, but is responsible for managing relationships with tenants as well as multiple third-party providers/contractors as detailed above.
JOB RELATIONSHIPS:
The Facilities Maintenance lead works collaboratively with direct supervisor, the Los Alamos Research Park management, as well as LACDC management and program leaders and other staff on occasion. The Facilities Maintenance lead will professionally represent the interests of LARP and LACDC at all times and protect the confidentiality of all parties involved.
BUDGET RESPONSIBILITY:
The Facilities Maintenance staff member does not have any direct budget responsibilities, but should convey any budget or cost-related concerns to his or her director supervisor, the Research Park management.

Pay: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
