Our office administrator will be responsible for scheduling inbound and outbound deliveries, administering Quickbooks to invoice customers and pay vendors, be the CRM administrator for the company and possibly enter product quotes into vendor software. Interacting with vendors in the US and overseas, as well as coordinating overseas shipments will also be a part of the job.
Our administrator will work directly with the President of the company to facilitate our ongoing marketing efforts like in store events, sponsorships and social media and website content. We have outside vendors for the technical aspects but need a person on staff to be in charge of procuring the content from our vendors needed to keep everything up to date.
The company is poised for substantial growth in the next few years which could lead to expanded roles for talented people at all levels of the organization. We are looking for self-starting leaders to help propel our growth over the next decade.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $40,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
