Major Plumbing Co Inc. is seeking an Expert Commercial Service Plumbing Technician to join our field service team. This role is designed for a highly skilled professional who thrives on diagnosing and resolving complex plumbing challenges across commercial environments.

You will operate as a lead troubleshooter in the field, handling everything from routine service calls to critical system failures. With a fully equipped company vehicle and strong operational support, you’ll have the tools and autonomy needed to perform at a high level while delivering exceptional service to our clients.

How You Will Make an Impact

• Diagnose and repair simple to complex commercial plumbing systems and fixtures

• Perform advanced troubleshooting across large-scale and specialized plumbing systems

• Independently manage service calls while delivering high-quality, efficient solutions

• Communicate technical issues and recommended repairs clearly with clients

• Ensure all systems are restored to optimal working condition

• Maintain organized service vehicle inventory for efficient response times

• Work safely in a variety of environments, including confined spaces and elevated heights

• Represent the company professionally across all client interactions

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience in commercial plumbing service and repair

• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex plumbing issues independently

• Valid California Class C driver’s license with a clean driving record

• OSHA 10 certification

• Ability to work in varying field conditions and physically demanding environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret commercial plumbing and mechanical schematics

• Experience managing a mobile service route independently

• Strong client-facing communication and professionalism

• Demonstrated reliability and consistency in high-performance field roles

Compensation & Benefits

• $75,000 – $95,000 annual compensation (based on experience)
