Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Executive Vice President of Finance. The role involves leading the financial operations of the organization, including overseeing financial planning, analysis, and reporting, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and managing company budgets. The EVP of Finance will develop and implement financial strategies to drive organizational growth and efficiency while leading a team of finance professionals to maintain strong operational and financial performance. In addition, the role will involve collaborating with stakeholders across departments to influence strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Financial Planning and expertise in Financial Reporting
• Strong knowledge of Financial Statements and Finance principles
• Advanced Analytical Skills, particularly in interpreting financial data and providing actionable insights
• Proven ability to lead high-performing financial teams
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• CPA, CFA, or similar professional certification is a plus
