Role Description
This is a part-time role based in San Diego. You will work directly with founder Lauren Fields, supporting content creation, podcast production, and day-to-day operations. This is a hands-on, fast-moving role for someone who is both organized and creative—and excited to be behind the scenes of a growing brand.
Key Responsibilities
Content + Social
- Research trends and content ideas
- Film short-form video + capture BTS content
- Design graphics (Canva)
- Post and manage content across platforms
Podcast Support
- Set up/break down studio (lighting, audio, cameras)
- Support recordings + guest experience
- Select clips for social
- Assist with guest research + episode planning
Creative + Operations
- Support events, workshops, and brand initiatives
- Assist with weekly content + newsletter ideas
- Help maintain studio organization + handle light errands
Qualifications
- Organized, proactive, detail-oriented
- Creative + social media savvy
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Based in San Diego (required)
- Interest in wellness, media, and personal branding
