About The Executive Lead, Innovation & Strategy Position
The Executive Lead for Innovation & Strategy is a senior leadership position within the Office of the CEO responsible for helping align and steward WorkMoney’s priority programs and policy initiatives across its multiple entities. This leader partners across teams and leadership to coordinate program design, delivery, evaluation, policy engagement, and strategic planning, serving as a key driver of programmatic impact and organizational priorities.
Through a combination of strategic insight, systems thinking, relationship management, and execution leadership, the Senior Advisor helps guide high-priority initiatives, navigate organizational complexity, and strengthen alignment across WorkMoney’s broader ecosystem. This role reports to the Chief of Staff and works in close coordination with the Chief Executive Officer, other Executive Leads, the Executive Director, and WorkMoney’s executive leadership teams.

The starting salary for this role is $260,000.00 – $300,000.00 annually and as part of our commitment to pay transparency and equity in our organization, the salary for this position is not negotiable.
