Description Amazon LEO is an initiative to launch a constellation of Low Earth Orbit satellites that will provide low-latency, high-speed broadband network connectivity to unserved and underserved communities around the world.
Amazon LEO is seeking an exceptionally bright, multitasking, and self-motivated individual to support two Directors. This exciting role requires superior attention to detail, the ability to meet tight deadlines, great organizational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple critical requests. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information, and professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside the company is important, as is a good sense of humor. The successful candidate will possess the ability to complete complex tasks and projects quickly with minimal guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and take effective action with strong ambiguity and show grace under pressure.
This position requires that the candidate selected be a U.S. Citizen in order to comply with U.S. government-imposed requirements related to the nature of the work and/or where it will be performed.
Key job responsibilities
Responsibilities for this position include the ability to contribute to a global administrative support team, to think and plan ahead, delegate responsibilities appropriately, and manage time effectively.
A day in the life
Proactively coordinate and engage with leadership in planning and organizing events, activities, and calendars
Management of complex calendar and scheduling requirements
Tracking and helping drive completion of key deliverables and following up on outstanding items
Act as a liaison for direct reports
Drive key team activities such as meeting agendas, off-sites, and all-org meetings
Space planning
Travel coordination and expense reimbursement
Management of special projects as needed
Have fun at work and help others do the same
Basic Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- High school or equivalent diploma
- 5+ years of executive assistant experience
- Experience handling administrative details independently, while exercising good judgment in keeping team members adequately informed
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading process improvements
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
- Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency
- Experience managing multiple calendars

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
