What’s the job?

Devolver Digital is looking to hire a part-time Executive and Administrative Support Professional to join its growing Legal team. We’re looking for an organized, proactive individual with excellent administrative and operational skills, strong attention to detail, and the drive to support a busy international legal function across the group.

This is a newly created role designed to strengthen Legal’s operational capacity and ensure smooth, consistent delivery across the Devolver Group. It is not a legal role, and no legal background is required – however experience supporting a legal, compliance, finance or similarly structured team would be beneficial. You should enjoy structure, follow-through and process.

Role and responsibilities

• Serve as the central point of contact for the Legal team for administration and coordination.
• Manage Board administration, BoardLogic, and regular governance record-keeping.
• Support Annual Report preparation and related administrative tasks.
• Oversee DocuSign workflows, including preparing bullet-point summaries, tracking signatures, circulating final executed versions, and maintaining organized archives.
• Maintain and update internal trackers and spreadsheets (for IP protection worldwide).
• Manage document storage, folder organization, and sharing across the Devolver Group (Contract vault, Legal vault, subsidiary materials).
• Assist with shareholder documentation, including grant letters, award agreements, equity plan rollout, and onboarding queries.
• Support recurring monthly processes such as law firm statement consolidation, invoice approvals and coordination with Accounts Payable team.
• Contribute to operational projects across the Group, working with other departments to streamline processes and close important administrative gaps.
• Support the delivery of tasks by keeping systems, checklists, and documentation up to date.
• Provide reliable and proactive support to the Legal team to help optimize workflow and free up capacity for legal strategy and drafting work by the team.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Prior experience in administrative, operations, EA, or coordination roles in an international company (legal/finance exposure helpful but not required).
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and following through without prompting.
• Proficiency with tools such as DocuSign, Google Drive/Sheets, and digital document storage systems.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion.
• US-based, preferably in the EST / CST time zone.
• A friendly, considerate team player who enjoys making processes smoother and supporting others.
• An interest in the video game space is always helpful.
