family office supporting a film producer, serial entrepreneur, and venture capitalist who lives a
truly 5-star lifestyle.

The Opportunity
This role is set within an Aman-inspired, 5-star estate environment across multiple international
properties (Los Angeles, London, Malta, St. Petersburg). You will help uphold world-class
standards while working alongside an exceptional team, including a 3 Michelin-star chef.
This is a once-in-a-lifetime chance to gain hands-on experience in ultra-luxury hospitality while
positioning yourself for long-term growth as the family office expands.
There is a large opportunity for creative input in this role – the principals recently acquired a handful of brand new residences, which will need to be outfit (buying the best of the best kitchenware, pots/pans, etc. If organizing and helping with the decoration and organizational set up of new homes sounds like a dream, we should chat!
Who You Are
We are looking for a detail-obsessed individual with a “no task is too small” attitude and a warm, engaging personality. Former Yachties or Stews are highly encouraged to apply as you understand the grit and standard of service required for this level of estate care.
Typical Schedule: 8-5 // 9-6pm, but flexible after hours for project work as this is a salaried position.
8-11 at primary residence daily turnaround / house refresh
11-2 at the restaurant helping chef… (offices hosts lunch for 10 people daily)
2-6 – helping chef with dinner clean up, restocking, reordering inventory, vendor relations, overseeing maintenance for office and house.
Saturdays
Role will require a quick 1-hour reset from 8-9 or 9-10am either Saturday or Sunday – simply ironing sheets and cleaning bathroom.
This role has the trajectory for a quick training into a hospitality facing house manager role and growth pathway for learning the ins and outs of house and facilities management.
While this role’s primary rule is housekeeping and organizational, they will help with serving guests, being the ‘face’ of the home. There is future opportunity to move horizontally into facilities manager for our 50,000 sqf Aman-level office with pickleball court and spa, or become traveling assistant house manager across properties
