Help lead ESSENTIA’s creative storytelling on social media, communicating our “Betterhood” sense of community and unmatched donating culture through local charities that directly benefit of spreading wellness through sleep.
Hard-worker, creative problem solver, and a multi-tasker that will hit deadlines
Strong knowledge of social media platforms – LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Vimeo and YouTube. Including ability to create, edit and track
Experience with social media content creation from conception to execution
Minimum of three years’ experience in content creation – social media, digital marketing, content and brand management and/or communications
Able to be nimble and adapt quickly to new technologies and processes
Proven track record using digital measurement to inform content decisions
Excellent writing skills with the ability to translate traditional marketing content into brand-relevant, social-friendly conversation
Passion for creating diverse, equitable, and inclusive content
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and impeccable attention to detail and ability to adapt tone and voice to various audiences
Proficiency in of MS Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook
You understand the importance of knowing your audience, what resonates with them, and how to distill complex ideas into fresh, creative, and compelling content
Experience and familiarity with paid ad campaigns.
Produce and edit compelling, dynamic, and creative video content for social media platforms like Tik Tok and Instagram etc – Edit video footage
Create animation/motion graphics for brand channels. Have an eye for what is trending and apply those to deliverables
Shoot in-house, in-store, off-site
Create native social content, photo editing, recording video voiceovers and editing on Instagram Reels
Create an elevated and aesthetic, persona and voice for ESSENTIA on TikTok, Instagram/Stories, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and other social media platforms
Collaborate and work closely with the marketing team in the conceptual development and strategy of original content across the board that adheres to content processes with ESSENTIA’s mission, and vision
Coordinates company wide social media strategy, liaising with marketing team to align social strategy and increase results
Manage editorial content calendar for all social media platforms.
Responsible for daily scheduling, posting, copywriting, creating ESSENTIA’s social content, and monitoring sentiment and trends
Publishes content daily – write, edit high quality copy and publish daily original content that reflect ESSENTIA’s voice and tone.
Leads project management of social media across platforms as it relates to messaging, engagement and content performance
Conceptualize and lead the creation of compelling one-off content, content series, and campaign content
Ability to analyze, measure ad campaign reports as well as identify learnings to improve our work and results.

Pay: $29,386.46 – $60,210.57 per year
