• You’re passionate about words, about storytelling and writing, and about writing emails
• You create copy that’s on-brand, on-strategy and that follows the creative brief
• You understand how to apply the brand voice to all communication and know how to adapt it/change it for different/multiple brands
• You have strong conceptual skills and the ability to guide idea generation
• You’re detail-oriented and great under pressure

You’re a Creative Problem-solver

• You can identify and understand the client’s challenges and develop strong, sound solutions
• You can distill detailed information into a simple, strong message
• You can take constructive feedback well and use it to continually improve your work or push back on what you believe in

About this Role

• Create email copy for a variety of clients
• Partner with Art Director and other internal team members to deliver best-in-class creative
• Execute on brief details and deliver strong strategic creative
• Sell and present work effectively — both internally and to clients
• Develop relationships both internally and with clients

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of Copywriting experience in digital channels (email experience a plus)
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising or related discipline
• Knowledge and understanding of email best practices (or at least the willingness to learn)
• Strong conceptual and presentation skills
• Organization, attention-to-detail and the ability to juggle and prioritize multiple projects at one time, sometimes under tight deadline
• Curiosity and willingness to learn about the channel and the industry
• Awareness and knowledge of trends
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude
• Open to constructive feedback and knowing when to pick your battles and push back
• Willingness to keep learning, growing and developing
