Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Engineer located in South Branch, MI. The Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and implementing technical solutions. This includes troubleshooting and optimizing systems, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. The role also involves contributing to process improvement initiatives and staying updated on emerging technologies relevant to the field.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and skills in engineering principles, system design, and technical problem-solving
• Proficiency in the use of engineering software and tools
• Excellent analytical thinking and an aptitude for developing creative solutions
• Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams
• Attention to detail, with a focus on quality assurance and adherence to safety standards
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus
• Previous experience in a related engineering role; experience in product development is a benefit
• Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies
