EFT Operator Full Time NEW

We are accepting applications for a Full-time EFT Operator located at the Bank’s Operations Headquarters in Willsboro, NY. As an EFT Operator, you will be trained to process a variety of critical transactions to include incoming and outgoing ACH transactions and returns, setup ACH auto transfers, and calculate daily ACH system totals. You will also provide backup to other EFT Operators. We are looking for someone with superior critical thinking skills and attention to detail who is able to provide outstanding service to both internal and external customers. The successful candidate will have strong mathematical skills, be able to work productively on a team and independently, and have strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills. Previous banking experience preferred. We offer a competitive salary and benefit package.

Hours of this position are Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm. The successful candidate must be prepared to fulfill this work schedule.
