About the Role
We are seeking an E-commerce Support Specialist to assist with daily online store operations and customer support activities. This role is ideal for individuals who are organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and update product listings.
- Assist with order processing and tracking.
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Support inventory and product data management.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
- Perform administrative and operational support tasks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma, Associate’s degree, Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and internet-based applications.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable learning and using e-commerce platforms, order management systems, and customer support tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with remote teams.
- Experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace, eBay, Zendesk, Gorgias, or similar platforms is a plus but not required.
