Responsibilities:

• Creating a fantastic first impression for visitors
• Responsible for conducting all administrative duties for front desk support including answering & routing calls during regular business hours, greeting clients/prospects, maintaining overall tidiness of the reception area
• Deliver superior client service, troubleshoot problems and serve as a liaison between advisor and clients
• Maintain client records in database, including documentation of client correspondence
• Process various client service items including withdrawals, beneficiary changes, address changes, etc.
• Schedule appointments, maintain calendars, and coordinate schedules with other staff as appropriate
• Various clerical and administrative tasks for all departments
• Placing orders for office and kitchen supplies
• Process & distribute incoming & outgoing mail

Qualifications

Must Haves……

• A client-first attitude – strong client service orientation with the ability to interact courteously & professionally with clients & staff

• Professional & pleasant phone etiquette
• Ability to effectively complete tasks in the most efficient and accurate manner
• Proficient with standard office equipment and software including Microsoft office including Excel
• Good organization and time management skills; able to manage multiple priorities and prioritizes effectively
• Process oriented and not only can, BUT enjoys working with a team
• Organized with attention to detail
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Desired Experience:

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
