Duties

• Conduct door-to-door visits to introduce products and services, demonstrating enthusiasm and professionalism at every interaction
• Engage potential customers through warm calling techniques, establishing rapport and identifying their needs effectively
• Present compelling sales pitches that highlight the benefits of our offerings, leveraging strong communication skills to persuade and inform
• Negotiate terms and close sales confidently, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships
• Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to log interactions, track leads, and manage follow-up activities efficiently
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement outbound calling campaigns and maximize outreach efforts
• Maintain a thorough understanding of product features, industry trends, and competitors to effectively position our solutions in the marketplace

Qualifications

• Proven experience or interest in door to door sales roles with a focus on customer engagement
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to handle objections professionally and close deals effectively
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with an energetic and persuasive demeanor
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools used for managing customer data and sales pipelines
• Knowledge of technology sales or technical sales concepts is a plus; willingness to learn about new products and industry innovations
