Job Duties and Responsibilities

In this role you will be expected to:

• Develop and execute engaging email and SMS campaigns to support retention marketing objectives
• Collaborate within Retention team and across multiple teams including creative, web and CRM to develop, execute and measure results
• Support the creation of web landing pages
• Act with urgency to ensure that campaigns are executed accurately and on schedule
• Troubleshoot independently or with team to solve tool issues and other barriers to execution

Skills, Experience and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized 4-year college or university and/or 5+ years of professional experience.
• Proficient in HTML/CSS.
• Proficient in using Adobe Dreamweaver or similar software
• Basic understanding of Adobe Photoshop.
• Minimum two years of experience deploying email campaigns using CRM tools such as Oracle Responsys or Salesforce.
• Experienced in customer journeys, utilizing data and customer behavior to design automated programs.
• Strong analytical skills and exposure to A/B or multivariate testing.
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of digital design best practices as well as email best practices.
• Ability to work effectively and in an error-free manner under tight time constraints.
• Track record delivering profitable digital marketing results and other KPIs.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional relationship management skills.
• Passion for the constantly-changing digital landscape with finger on the pulse of emerging digital platforms and trends.
• Experience with JavaScript or RPL/Ampscript, customer databases, Google Suite, Jira, Wrike are all a plus.
• Knowledge of the Wireless Industry is a plus.
• Relocation reimbursement eligible to Denver area.

Salary Range

Compensation: $65,800.00/Year – $94,000.00/Year
