About the job:

As our Sales Manager you will be accountable for both your personal sales performance and the performance of your team of customer service reps. Most importantly, you will own your duties and responsibilities with a creative approach and leadership mentality.

You will be responsible for:

• Meeting personal and team sales goals. Yes, that means you will be a “working manager” responsible for meeting quotas yourself.
• Implementing commonly used marketing strategies and managing our incoming leads.

• Elevating our social media presence, including online reviews across platforms.

• Meeting customer satisfaction metrics, including customer attrition.

About you:

• You have at least 4 years of direct-to-consumer sales experience.

• You have at least 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in the service industry or in a membership based/recurring customer environment.

• You have at least 2 years experience supervising a team and being held accountable for that team’s performance.

Pay: $57,000.00 – $83,000.00 per year
