As a Dispatcher – National Internet Services, you’ll be responsible for receiving, screening, dispatching and updating installation and repair work orders for U-verse products. In this highly collaborative role, you’ll interact with supervisors, field technicians and customers to resolve installation and repair work order problems. You’ll also operate a computer terminal and use various systems to contact Premises Technicians and Field Supervisors as well as prepare Premises Technician daily logs to schedule next-day commitments.
