Role Description
We are seeking a strategic leader to build and own the Support function at Patmos Hosting. In this Director-level role, you will define the end-to-end support organization โ including offerings, processes, metrics, systems, and team structure โ with significant autonomy, while operating under the oversight of your reporting lines.
While the role currently focuses on datacenter support, it is intentionally scoped to expand over time to cover additional layers such as software and networking as the company grows.
You will report directly (solid line) to the Vice President of Infrastructure for operational oversight, team leadership, and infrastructure alignment. At the same time, you will maintain a strong dotted-line relationship to the Vice President of Sales, meaning your goals, priorities, MBOs, and success metrics will be set collaboratively with revenue leadership to ensure the support function directly drives customer satisfaction, retention, expansion, and overall revenue growth.
As Director, you will actively assist executive leadership in shaping the overall scope of the support function, translating high-level vision into a high-performing, revenue-aligned organization.

Solid line to VP Infrastructure: Operational delivery, team management, and infrastructure alignment.
Dotted line to VP Sales: Goal setting, prioritization, MBO definition, and ensuring support drives revenue outcomes.
This structure balances autonomy with strong alignment to both infrastructure operations and revenue leadership, giving you the ability to shape the support organization effectively as the company scales.
