Position Overview
Kin Euphorics is seeking a Director of Retail Sales to lead the company’s retail channel strategy and execution across the United States. This individual will be responsible for expanding national and regional retail distribution, managing key retail partnerships, and driving revenue growth across multiple retail channels.
The Director will play a critical leadership role in shaping Kin’s retail presence, including national grocery, natural retail, specialty stores, and large format retailers. This role requires a combination of strategic planning, operational excellence, and hands-on sales leadership.
The ideal candidate has deep experience scaling beverage or consumer packaged goods brands through retail distribution and understands the complexities of modern trade, distributor networks, and retailer category management.
