Nasco Stone & Tile is a leading supplier of premium stone and tile, serving top architects, designers, developers, and luxury residential clients across the country. We are seeking a high-caliber Director of Marketing & Brand to lead, build, and scale our marketing function. This role owns the brand, creative direction, and performance across all channels, and will play a key role in accelerating our next phase of growth.mWe are looking for a strategic operator with strong creative instincts, someone who can elevate brand positioning while driving measurable results.
Core Responsibilities
- Own the Brand: Define and lead creative direction, messaging, and visual identity across all platforms
- Lead All Channels: Oversee and optimize paid social, Google Ads, email marketing, and organic social
- Drive Performance: Manage budgets, analyze KPIs, and continuously improve ROI and conversion
- Build & Execute: Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns from concept through launch
- Content Leadership: Direct high-quality content creation (photo, video, copy) aligned with brand vision
- Manage Partners: Lead agencies, freelancers, and internal contributors with clear accountability
- Align with Growth: Partner closely with leadership and sales to drive revenue and market expansion
Qualifications
- 5+ years in marketing, brand, or growth leadership roles
- Proven track record managing multi-channel marketing and scaling performance
- Strong creative judgment with a refined design sensibility
- Data-driven mindset with ability to translate insights into action
- Experience in high-end consumer brands preferred
- Highly organized, decisive, and execution-focused

- Starting Base Salary Range: $80-95K depending on experience and qualifications
