Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex for a Director of Jewelry Education & Customer Experience. The director will oversee the design and implementation of educational programs, develop training curricula for team members, and ensure consistent, high-quality customer service across all interactions. Responsibilities include mentoring and coaching staff, leading educational initiatives, monitoring performance metrics, and driving improvements in both employee knowledge and the customer experience.
