Director of Brand Marketing – $200k – West Hollywood (Hybrid)
Thriving beauty brand is seeking a Director of Brand Marketing to spearhead marketing efforts, increase brand visibility, and drive growth.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of relevant experience managing comprehensive marketing efforts, overseeing a brand, building campaigns, and orchestrating Go-To-Market operations.
Hiring Manager is looking for a seasoned marketing professional who is creative, confident, polished, and deadline-driven.
Candidates must have in-house consumer goods brand experience. Beauty industry experience is highly preferred!
Responsibilities will include:
-Creating and maintaining a cohesive brand narrative across all marketing channels
-Coordinating marketing calendars (product launches, hero campaigns, brand activations, etc.)
-Overseeing Go-To-Market campaigns end-to-end
-Researching market trends to inform new strategies
-Tracking and sharing KPIs across campaigns
-Partnering with leadership to drive social media planning
-Leading influencer team and building experiential/event strategies
-Managing retail marketing team and partnering with sales to develop retailer strategies
-Identifying brand partnership opportunities
This individual will serve as a key leader and mentor within the marketing team and throughout the company.
The role is hybrid – 3 days in-office/2 days remote.
