TITLE: Director of Manufacturing & Supply Chain
LOCATION: Hybrid in Lombard, IL
COMP RANGE: $170,000 – $235,000 plus bonus
Custom Culinary®, a subsidiary of Griffith Foods, is hiring a Director of Manufacturing & Supply Chain to drive excellence in manufacturing processes, supply chain efficiency, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products to meet customer needs. This role will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our manufacturing and supply chain strategy, embracing innovation, sustainability, and continuous improvement to achieve operational excellence.

This role provides the opportunity to lead the supply chain function for a purpose-driven, on-trend, and growing business. You’ll oversee multiple plants and co-manufacturing partners while serving on both the Custom Culinary® US business Unit Leadership Team, as well as the Supply Chain Leadership Team for Griffith Foods.

This role is eligible for a discretionary bonus, with a target of 25%. This bonus is based on personal & company performance and is not a guaranteed bonus plan.
This role is affiliated to the Lombard, IL location, and candidates for this role need to reside within a commutable distance of that location. This role works from the Lombard office approx. 40% of time, with remainder of time primarily in the Oswego, IL or Avon, OH plants and/or co-manufacturing sites. Custom Culinary®& Griffith Foods embrace Work Flex, allowing employees to work remotely, and select options like compressed work weeks, flex time, etc. that creates an effective workplace where work patterns meet the needs of both employers & employees.
Physical Requirements
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, stand and walk to communicate and listen effectively. This will require both office and plant floor environments.
Environmental Concerns
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and risk of electrical shock. The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; high, precarious places; outside weather conditions and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. Dust and odor present in environment.
