Scandia Home is seeking a dynamic Director, Brand + Marketing to lead partnerships, campaigns, and storytelling for one of luxury bedding’s most storied names. In this role, you will build high-impact influencer and media relationships, develop integrated marketing campaigns, and forge partnerships that bring Scandia’s 50-year legacy of European craftsmanship to new audiences.
Responsibilities:
— Own and evolve the brand strategy, ensuring consistency and elevation across all consumer-facing channels — from e-commerce and editorial to retail environments and wholesale partnerships
— Build and lead a best-in-class influencer and partnership program aligned with brand values
— Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that translate Scandia’s material and craft heritage into desire — spanning paid, owned, and earned channels with the same standard of quality that defines the product itself
— Build and steward relationships with media, stylists, and influencers in the luxury interiors, hospitality, and lifestyle spaces including a strong understanding of leading designers, key tastemakers, highest opportunity events, and top-tier publications—leveraging this knowledge to form high-impact partnerships that elevate brand perception
— Track brand health, customer sentiment, and competitive positioning in the luxury home category — using insight to sharpen strategy
— Support retail and wholesale partners with brand guidelines, training materials, and in-store experiences that carry the Scandia standard beyond our own doors
— Develop and oversee integrated media strategies across paid, earned, and owned channels
— Ensure all influencer and partnership initiatives are measurable and deliver a defined ROI
Requirements:
— 7+ years of brand management or brand strategy experience, with meaningful time in luxury, premium lifestyle, or high-end home categories
— A genuine appreciation for craft and material quality
— Proven ability to lead integrated marketing efforts — balancing brand integrity with performance
— Demonstrated ability to lead creative processes and cross-functional teams without losing the brand’s point of view
— Strong written communication and editorial instincts — equally at home shaping a campaign brief and reviewing copy for tone
— Experience working with creative agencies, photographers, and stylists in the luxury space
— A calibrated sense of where luxury is heading — in aesthetics, retail, and digital
