DAWSON Hiring for Maintenance Audit and Data Entry at Remote Full Time

SUMMARY:

Dawson is providing Research, Development Test and Evaluation, Engineering and Logistics Services support to Navy Facilities Command, Expeditionary Warfare Center (NAVFAC, EXWC). We are seeking logistics personnel familiar with maintenance planning, auditing/inspection experience to support Naval task orders. Personnel will be provided training and certification in configuration management to support this task requirement.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The logistics data collection role develops collection plans, collection requirements and conducts audits/inspections for configuration verification and validation of operational assets.
• Support task order development though Implementation of Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM) practices to support baselining current fleet asset management requirements.
• This effort will be primarily performed as part of a government/contractor team that travels to Naval installations to conduct asset configuration audits.
• Travel requirements: monthly rotational of 1-2 weeks per month.
• Responsible for conducting EXWC asset/equipment configurations and reporting on asset status and conformity
• Ability to submit reports to Navy Interactive Computer Aided Provisioning System (ICAPS), Level of Repair Analysis (LORA), and Navy PMS Editor (NPE) software tools.
• Individuals are tasked to track, audit and detail asset status including maintenance actions performed on equipment to support item failure analysis

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to pass Tier 3 background check

• CM Level I and II is required (training will be provided as needed)
• Understanding of equipment and maintenance planning and processes associated

• Experience in Naval Logistics Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM) practices
• Previous configuration management experience
• Experienced in logistics software programs
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills as well as the ability analyze data
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• High level of organization and attention to detail
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage work in a fast-paced environment and operate in rapidly evolving, task demands, including multiple projects with dependencies
