Data Project Coordinator Full Time NEW

We’re seeking a highly detail-oriented Data Project Coordinator to support digital channel and asset management across a large portfolio of consumer-facing platforms. This role focuses on organizing, maintaining, and coordinating high-volume data and assets across hundreds of channels, ensuring accuracy and consistency across digital experiences. You’ll work within a close-knit team of digital producers who collaborate frequently, while owning highly independent, detail-heavy work. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior professional looking to grow in digital operations, data management, and workflow automation.

• Location: Remote (open to any U.S. time zone)
• Schedule: 5 days/week preferred (4 days/week considered)
• Duration: 6-month contract to start
• Hourly Rate: $30-33

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain large datasets across 500+ digital channels, including assets such as logos, colors, and channel packages
• Execute a bi-weekly channel update process, ensuring accuracy across websites and digital platforms
• Organize and maintain high-volume spreadsheet tracking and asset management workflows
• Map channels into multiple package variations and ensure consistency across platforms
• Collaborate with a small team of digital producers through regular team meetings while independently managing day-to-day tasks
• Support ongoing workflow automation initiatives and help identify opportunities to improve efficiency using automation or AI tools

Required Qualifications:

• 1–2+ years of experience in data coordination, digital operations, project coordination, or asset management
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with large spreadsheets and high-volume data
• Interest in digital media, entertainment, or music is a plus
• Curiosity about automation, process improvement, or AI tools is highly valued
• Comfortable working independently while staying connected with a collaborative remote team
• Strong organizational and communication skills
