Role Description
This is a part-time, remote role for a Data Operations Assistant. In this role, you will manage and optimize daily operations processes, analyze and interpret data to identify trends, assist in creating operations strategies, and support internal teams in improving workflows. You will also handle customer inquiries to ensure smooth operational execution and maintain effective communication within cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- Strong capacity in Operations and Operations Management
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills for data interpretation and problem-solving
- Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration and customer engagement
- Demonstrated ability to excel in Customer Service
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
- Familiarity with digital tools and software used in operational workflows is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a relevant field is preferred
