Linear West, Inc is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Associate to join our remote team. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, accurate, and comfortable working with large amounts of information in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company systems and databases
• Review data for errors, inconsistencies, and missing information
• Verify and correct data to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information
• Organize and manage digital files and records
• Meet daily and weekly data entry targets and deadlines
• Communicate with team members regarding data discrepancies or updates
• Follow company guidelines and data management procedures

Required Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in data entry, administrative support, or similar role
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Fast and accurate typing skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Reliable internet connection and computer access
