What You Will Be Doing
You will be acting as the point of contact for escalated level 2 tickets and cloud related issues. Executing with a high degree of success in integrating and/or solving problems in environments rich in Windows Server, VPNs, firewalls, backup systems, and more. Tracking all work in ConnectWise as it is completed and submitting accurate timesheets on a weekly basis
What You Need for this Position
- Strong Azure knowledge
- 5+ years help desk/Cloud support experience
