What You Will Be Doing

• The primary point of contact throughout the customer lifecycle, developing relationships with key stakeholders and maintaining a focus on driving business value from onboarding through renewal.
• Regularly monitor platform usage and proactively contact clients whose usage has dipped to ensure the health of the relationship.
• Utilize CRM and other tools to keep track of key account data, opportunities, logging calls and relevant notes.
• Facilitate customer training sessions as part of onboarding and ongoing product adoption.
• Create and present executive business review presentations with the intent of educating, enlightening, and spurring execution of plans that make the customer even more successful while growing our business
• Actively engage in the setting up, management, and ongoing operations of a customer advisory board with periodic virtual and in-person events
• Act as a communications liaison between Sales, Pre-Sales, Implementation, Technical Support, Customer Success, and Customers.
• Promote customer satisfaction and loyalty by demonstrating an understanding of their

business needs and helping them achieve their objectives using our solutions.

• Educate customers on the use and benefits of our tools.
• Provide customers with information and assistance regarding product updates and new features.

What You Need for this Position

• 4+ years in a customer facing role in a SaaS B2B company
• Experience working with brand image and promoting value through customer experience
• Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships
• Technical skills required, as they relate for the use of the product to service to be solid MS SQL, SOAP/XML, API Integration, Workflow Management
• Accountability and personal organizational skills are essential

– Experience analyzing and optimizing the existing processes in the Customer Success department – should be able to manage complex processes and provide multiple solutions to challenges faced

• Deep understanding of customers concerns and thoughts regarding the use of products, and the ability to troubleshoot as needed
• Experience working at a bank, credit union, or fintech highly desired
• Experience with a CRM (Seibel, Salesforce, others) is a plus
• Working experience with Agile methodologies and tools (JIRA, AzureBoard, etc.)
• Passion for learning new technology and communicating value to others
