Customer Service Representative

What You Will Be Doing
Hours: 7am – 3:30pm
Training: 3 week training program 7am – 3:30pm
Position will sit fully onsite for the first two months for training. After two months, it will be fully remote as long as performance and attendance metrics are being met.
Must be fully vaccinated
Dress Code: Business Casual
Candidates should possess a high level of professionalism and customer service skills.
This is a very structured position responsible for answering incoming calls from customers who have questions about account balances, card activation, application status, Treasury guidelines and regulations and internal procedures.
This role requires great people skills as individuals work to help solve customer issues.
Individuals hired for this position will work to achieve personal operational goals in a collaborative team environment.
