About the Role
We are hiring a Customer Success Manager to protect and grow our customer base, with a strong focus on stabilizing at-risk accounts.
This is a full-cycle CSM role. You will own onboarding, adoption, retention strategy, and renewals for your book of business. Your primary focus is identifying risk early, building structured recovery plans, driving clear value realization, and securing renewals. Once accounts are healthy, you will position them for expansion.
You will collaborate closely with Sales, Support, Product, and Leadership to remove friction and protect revenue.
