Team/Position Summary: The Retail Marketing & Strategy team empowers Nintendo of America’s (NOA) sales teams and retail partners with strategic, business‑critical guidance to effectively reach and influence consumers across in‑store and online retail channels. Through impactful marketing and promotional planning, the team helps to elevate product awareness, strengthen brand affinity, and drive sales performance.
The Customer Marketing Manager will be responsible for the development, management, and execution of marketing strategies and programs with retailers to drive business results.

This position is hybrid in Redmond, WA. Hybrid positions require regular onsite work following the schedule and guidelines for their division. This position is not open to fully remote status at this time.
This position includes the base pay range listed below, potential for a semi-annual discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
