Role Overview
We are hiring a Curriculum Developer to design and produce curriculum across courses and grade levels. The role combines subject expertise with pedagogical craft — building materials that teachers can actually use and students actually learn from.
Key Responsibilities
– Design course outlines, scope and sequence, and unit plans
– Write lessons, activities, assessments, and supplementary materials
– Align curriculum to standards, frameworks, and learning outcomes
– Partner with subject matter experts and teachers to refine materials
– Run pilots and revise curriculum based on classroom feedback
– Maintain version control and content management for curriculum assets
Required Skills and Qualifications
– 3+ years in curriculum design or teaching with content development responsibility
– Strong subject expertise in your assigned area
– Familiarity with educational standards (Common Core, NGSS, IB, AP, etc.)
– Excellent writing and editing skills
– Understanding of differentiated instruction and assessment design
– Master’s degree in education or subject area is a plus
