Position Summary:

We are seeking dedicated Curriculum Creators—including curriculum writers, lesson planners, teachers, and educators—to help expand our educational framework and build out our core school curriculum (from preschool to high school).  The ideal candidates will record educational lessons and focus heavily on structured lesson planning aligned with our organizational goals.

The work you do will directly impact children living in deep poverty. These are kids who often lack access to quality education, consistent instruction, and the academic foundation they deserve. Your expertise can change that.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, outline, and build structured lesson plans to expand the core school curriculum.
• Record instructional video lessons and educational content for various modules.
• Develop clear learning objectives, assessment touchpoints, and educational resources.
• Collaborate with the management team to align lesson materials with BME’s educational mission.
• Review, update, and refine existing learning tracks based on community and organizational feedback.
• Incorporate modern instructional design principles to keep video content engaging and accessible.

Good to Have

• Strong background in lesson planning, curriculum design, teaching, or educational writing.
• Comfortability recording video content and presenting lessons clearly on camera.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for drafting educational text.
• Ability to manage tasks independently and meet content development deadlines.
• Strong collaboration skills to work alongside a remote, multi-disciplinary team.
• An eye for clean, structured, and modern layouts for learning materials.
