Specific Duties:
1. Great Customer Service Skills
2. Ability to Multi-task
3. Must be able to answer over 50 calls a day
4. To be able to schedule appointments using the Electronic Medical Record System
5. Understand Medical Insurance
Must have qualifications/experience:
1. Must have basic use of computer skills
2. Call Center Experience
Must have qualifications/experience:
1. High school Graduate
2. Experience with high call volumes
3. Professional demeanor
4. Experience with Microsoft office
Shift Start/End Time:
M-F 8-5PM
Dress Code:
Business Casual
